3 ITT Water & Wastewater Canada Authorized Distributors have achieved $1 Million in sales for 2009.

While we thank all of our Distributors for the great work and results for 2009, we would like to acknowledge our 3 Distributors who achieved the $1 Million sales level.
Pompex Inc.
Pompex, our longest serving distributor since 1978 has again achieved this important milestone. From their base in Cowansville QC, they service customers in the south eastern area of Quebec in all markets. Pompex has been particularity successful in serving the agriculture market and have a reputation of providing complete package lift stations for the municipal replacement market. Pompex is also active in rentals with many of their own pumps and accessories and have a very complete service shop and trained technicians. Our thanks to Daniel and Louise Couture and the entire Pompex group.
Quality Electric Motor & Sales Inc.
Quality Electric has been a Flygt Distributor for 8 years. 2009 was the first year for sales of more than $1 Million. Quality has been very aggressive in representing Flygt in the Fort McMurray area. While their primary sales target is the Oil Sands business, they are doing a great job to cover municipal and dewatering customers as well. In addition, they provide important pump servicing business to their region. Our thanks to Dale Unruh, Adam MacLeod and their entire team for a great year.
Western Pump Services Ltd.
Since 2000, Western Pump Services has been providing sales and service to customers in Western Newfoundland and Labrador. In 2007 they expanded with a new sales & service facility in Wabush to primarily service the area mining market. From their other office in Norris Point NF, WPS serves many municipal, mining and industrial customers. Western Pump has a very solid reputation for excellent customer service completed by their trained service personnel. Our thanks to Gerald Budgen, Rob Squires and the entire Western Pump team.
ITT Water & Wastewater in Canada has 26 Distributor partners in Canada and these results are a positive indicator for our business growth.
