Sales Representative - Sudbury, ON

We are presently looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Sales Representative at our Sudbury, ON Sales Location.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sudbury Branch Manager, the Sales Representative will market and promote Flygt products to existing and new customers, including mining, pulp and paper, municipal markets, consulting engineers, distributors and resellers.

Your ability to manage and develop this territory by identifying opportunities of service and sales and dewatering projects, preparing detailed proposals, closing contracts and providing customer support, must be allied with a self-confident, self-motivated approach and excellent communication/negotiation skills.

Engineering or technical graduate, you have 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a similar technical sales environment. Consideration will be given to those with extensive pump knowledge and experience. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the Northern Ontario region are required. Ability to work in a computerized environment is a definite asset as is pump experience.

Furthermore, Value Based Lean Six Sigma (VBLSS) is an integral part of our Company culture. The incumbent will play an important role for the continuous process improvement by using VBSS tools and resources as certified Green Belt
