Xylem Water Solutions Canada has an old tradition in the implementation of the best practices to improve customer satisfaction. We control all our processes and products, we use statistical analysis and all the valuable tools for improvements, we train our employees and ensure optimum work conditions. We've implemented a Quality Management System with respect to our customers, environment and our core values.

Although our first ISO Registration was in 1996 in accordance with the ISO 9002/1994 standard, Xylem Water Solutions Canada was in compliance with the old CSA Z299 standard long before this date. Since the Certification Bodies were not so visible in that period, the quality system implemented according CSA Z299 had to be audited by each client representative and individually accepted. The ISO Certification is a normal step in the evolution of our implemented Quality System and assure an official recognition of our activity in front of all our customers and competitors.

The new ISO 9001:2008 standard is the most comprehensive and complete version of quality assurance requirements to be implemented in a company. It's an overall standard which can be generally applied for all the activities without limitations.Since 1996 till present we renewed our Certification in accordance with the new ISO 9001:2008 standard during our normal Certification Audit period.
